洗洗切切,有水果又有蔬菜,且作法简单的莎莎酱,除了适合当脆饼的沾酱,也很适合搭配鸡肉或烤鱼,甚至拿来搭配炒蛋、面包都很棒唷!

    Directions

    Step 1

    香料饭做法To Prepare Pilaf Rice:锅内热油,爆香葱、迷迭香及蒜片至香。Sauté onion, oregano and garlic with butter in a large sauce pan.

    Step 2

    加入米炒数分钟至香。注入鸡汤及调味料,拌匀煮至滚。Add in rice, cooked for a few minutes until aromatic. Pour in chicken stock, stir consistently until boiled. Seasoned to taste.

    Step 3

    把饭移入烤盘内,用锡箔纸包好,放入预热的烤炉内以180℃烤约30-45分钟。Transfer to baking dish and cover with lid/foil; baked in oven at 180℃ for 30-45minutes. Keep warm.

    Step 4

    红鲷鱼做法To Prepare Snapper: 将鱼洗净切大块,用少许盐及胡椒粉涂抹腌好。然后以少许油煎熟备用。Fillet and portion cut the red snapper, marinate with salt and pepper. Pan fried till golden.

    Step 5

    莎莎酱做法To Prepare the Salsa:在一个碗内将亚参汁及清水混合,过滤去渣备后,放入平底锅内煮至滚,以少许糖及盐调味。待冷备用。Combine tamarind and water in a mixing bowl, strain and keep the juice. Bring to boil and correct seasoning with sugar and salt. allow cooling.

    Step 6

    在一个深碗内将芒果、石榴、红葱茸及指天椒粒捞匀,加入亚参汁搅拌好。In a big bowl, mix mango cubes, pomegranate, red onion dice and chopped chili padi, add in tamarind juice and mix well.

    Step 7

    将饭盛碟,拌鱼片及水果莎莎酱一起享用。Served the baked rice with red snapper and fruit salsa.
